About Samson
Samson is the executive jet facility located on the South apron of Newcastle International Airport.
The facility is ideally situated to allow executive passengers and crew members a simple transition to and from their private aircraft.
The role
We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and flexible person to join our team and support the operation of our executive jet terminal. The successful applicant will be required to oversee the smooth turnaround of aircraft and ensure that VIPS and business executives are processed efficiently.
The successful candidate must be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service and their main responsibilities will include: -
- Ensuring that services (e.g. passenger processing, marshalling and re-fuelling of aircraft) are completed promptly and efficiently to the highest standards of safety and customer care.
- Cooperating with the airport’s other operational departments, to promote a combined customer focused service.
- Promoting the extensive Samson product portfolio, thereby increasing operational and commercial income.
- Collating, parking and hangarage payments in order to generate accurate invoicing.
The ideal candidate will be organised, a confident communicator, IT literate and capable of operating under their own initiative. Furthermore, whilst not essential, previous aerodrome operational experience would be a distinct advantage.
